sysmon showing this on reboot of 406v2

After a rebootable change to the 406v2, I get this in sysmonitor. Is this something to do with the exp modules?

44mS ERR: DTExtn Line Up 5
65mS ERR: TDMLink 5 reports CMmsg error at other end
145mS ERR: DTExtn Line Up 4
181mS ERR: TDMLink 3 reports CMmsg error at other end
276mS ERR: TDMLink 4 reports CMmsg error at other end

all the modules are green and seem to be working fine.

I have 5 expansion modules in all.
1 and 2 are Digital 30's
3 and 4 are phone 30's
and 5 is a Analog Trunk 16

Everything is updated to 3.1.65 with no errors on the upgrade. All modules show up in manager. Should I be concerned?

All of a sudden in IP Office outside calls show the main BTN and not the actual extension of the user making the phone call. How can I fix this?
