Sys Prog on MLX-20L missing

From all I've read, I should be able to access System Programming from the MLX-20L phone, but Sys Prog doesn't appear on the menu. I asked the receptionist about it and was told that it was once there, but it isn't anymore.

Any ideas on what I can check?

You can only do programming on the first and second ports on the system. Then press the menu button, not "feature 00".

Actually you can program a Legend from the first five ports (lowest) on the first (leftmost) mlx board in the system. I think it is set by 'sprog port' under 'system'. But if you can't get in anyway it's easy enough to plug into the ports one by one and see if you can get sys program/maint to show up.

I guess that's why they limit it to first five, so if you forget or it gets moved you don't have to test 100 mlx ports to find the sprog port....
