Hi All - Looking to determine a read-only Role in Sys Mgr for Help Desk access. Just to be able to see Exts and their programming but no be able to make any changes. Going through the Sys Mgr defaults Roles I don't see one that allows read-only for sets and to be able to check status of them (and trunks). Appears I need to select a few options/roles to give read-only access to specific aspects. What have you found works well for a read-only level Help Desk role and a role with minimal programming access on the level of name-changes and simple statusing of phones/trunks/etc.
