I suggest you start with the device that's connected to that port and work your way back to the board. The problem is either with the device itself, or the cabling.

I have this same problem today.
First solution is restart the board:
RFBOI:BPOS=1-1-00;
If problem is still not resolved, unplug the board from magazine wait 2 or 3 seconds and plug the board again.
