I have 11 gb's of data on SparQ Carts!

I cannot get this drive working on 95,98,Me,XP or 2K.

The hardware is good! The parrelle cable is good! The power supply is good!

Can anyone write a step by step DOS method for me!?!?

Or at least send the Dos Commands for Comfig.sys and autoexec.bat?

I've never read through this page, it just came up on a google search. Perhaps it will help you.

I have SparkQ drivers for Win98/ME and recently for XP, my SparkQ works great on XP. If you still need help, email me at Webbstudios@prodigy.net and I will send you the drivers.

you don't need any drivers for win2k using a parallel sparq.
just hook up all the cables with the computer off, put a cartridge in the drive, turn the drive on, wait for spin up, turn on the computer. the first time you do this the computer should say you have new hardware. turn it off when it tells you to and turn it back on. the drive will be logged as a removeable drive. do not change cartridges with any software running (like windows explorer); always be at your basic icon startup screen. if the drive won't successfully spin up with the computer off, you have a sparq drive or cable or cartridge problem, not a computer or driver problem. if you installed some driver and things won't work, get rid of the driver. always turn on the computer after you have spun up a cartridge with the computer off unless you don't plan to use the sparq drive that session.
