Syncing with Palm 650

Anyone have trouble with syncing GM with Palm 650? We have had nothing but trouble. The contacts are duplicating and appointments are not coming over. Sometimes we need to sync up to 3 times to get the info over (and sometimes that doesn't even do it). We've been told that GM and Palm 650 are just not compatible and that we will have to deal with the issues. Not the best answer - you pay the money for the programs, but you can't depend on it's accuracy - especially when you are out of town on business. Any input would be appreciated!

Are you syncing the Palm with Outlook as well?
