I need to sync the the time of our novell servers to a windows NT 4.0 server that contains a GPS clock receiver.

RJGlasener,
In order for your NetWare 5 server to use the NTP protocol (versus timesync, which is the default), You must load NTP.NLM at the server console (assuming that you have TCP/IP loaded on your Novell servers). When this is loaded, a default ntp.cfg file is created in the SYS:ETC directory.
Edit this file to point to Windows NT 4.0 server either by IP address or DNS name. The file is self-explanatory, i.e. instructions are commented out. You have to uncomment the correct portion of the file, and enter the appropriate values.
This should do it for you. Good luck
