We have a group of users who have a shared calendar that they all use which is a separate exchange account from their primary email account. They all have blackberries. They keep all the group calendar info on the shared calendar and their blackberry syncs with their personal account. Right now they are copying items manually from the group calendar to their own so it shows on their blackberry. Is there a way to automate this and have the group calendar auto sync with all four individual accounts?

have a server side application that you can buy. Exchange doesn't have anything that will do it internally and I don't profess to be a sufficient expert in BlackBerry's to see if there's a product specific solution.

There isn't a way on the BB but diditbetter can help you. Personally I'd do that as a public calendar and then use their public2private sync application rather than separate mailbox for the shared diary.

Can you specify which mailboxes that the public folder syncs with?

That's up to you. The suggestion is that you do not use shared mailboxes at all and instead use a public folder structure. It is these PFs that you then get to sync, using the software you have been linked to, into the relevant user malboxes. Once in the mailbox it's then synced out to the BlackBerry.
