Is there any good way to sync a set of folders that are located on servers in 2 different locations connected by a fairly slow VPN connection?
Basically my network consists of a single domain with an office in StLouis and one in Kansas city. They are connected by a Raptor VPN but the main bottleneck is that the fastest connection in the STL location is DSL, and its not lightning fast. I have users in the KC office that store resources on a main file server in STL and they are accessed by users in both locations. Problem arises when a user in KC tries to retrieve a document from the server, its just damn slow. So I would like to set up a second file server on the KC side and set it up so that the servers will sync the folders I tell them to so that the KC users can pull docs from the kc server but if someone in the STL changes the doc on their side, it will be automatically updated.
Is this possible and if so how?
