User is synchronizing all folders for offline use. Trouble is, when he creates a new folder in Outlook, it is not set to synchronize. He must go in manually and set the folder to synchronize each time a new folder is created. This is a real pain. Assistance?

Hey there,

If the user creates a folder under the root MailBox, the user will have to set the properties to Syncronize When Offline (In Outlook 2000 the easy way is to go to Actions/Syncronize/Settings and check off the folders to use offline).
How ever if you already have a folder set to syncronize and you create a subfolder under it, it will inherit the syncronize status.

Regards,
