Synchronization

I have 2 users out of 50 that mysteriously began getting these emails. I attempted to troubleshoot but microsoft only offers solutions with outlook 2000, I have 2003. I am having problems troubleshooting the issues and even still how do I get the error emails not sent to the endusers.

Try recreating the outlook profile. I did this and it fixed the problem for the user I had who was experiencing these problems.

Open Control Panel double click the mail icon. Select show profiles and add a new profile. Go through the necessary steps to create the account. When this is done and you can confirm all your setting are good delete the old profile.

Viola no more sync issues
