Hello Brothers,

I have problems because the SCCS (4.0) have a Different time with the PABX.

I have the next error message:

47112 Alarm Set Major Time Server 0 TSM API call returned failure in function mbGetEvent, rc =-8359.

Any idea friends?

Thanks in advance

Sergio

On the server itself, are you allowing the server to adjust for savings time? That should be off so that it can synchronize the time with the switch.

Thanks, but it's not the case because, it is off.

Any other idea, brother?

Regards.

Sergio

Is Windows Time Service disabled on the SCCS server?

Croat1,

I have activated the MAS TIME SERVICE (started), the OS is WINdows NT 4.0, I don't see WIndows Time Service.

Thanks

Sergio

Do you see a W32 Time service or anything starting with W32?

I am not sure of NT 4 as I only support 4.2 and 5.0 which run on Win2k/2k3.

Did you try rebooting SCCS server?

Hello Friend Croat1:

We worked tha last night and we turned disable one service started with W32 ( I don't remember its name in this moment) and....THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so much, You are a big Master.

Good to hear that you got the problem resolved. It's not even funny how many problems does Windows Time service cause!

Dear Friends:

We have again the same problem.

What could we do?

Should we change the stack Bios?

Regards

Sergio
