Synchronization offline address book - 0X80004005

We have an issue when attempting synchronization of Microsoft Exchange offline address book – error code is 0X80004005. We presently have this problem on 2 workstations both running Outlook 2000.

Synchronizing Mailbox and Forms work fine.

Background – Outlook 2000 client (9.0.0.2711) Corporate or Workgroup Exchange Server 5.5

When running Outlook 97 with no issue.

You could always try reinstalling outlook on these 2 machines

One of these clients that can no longer syschronize was a fresh install of Outlook 2000. This function did work under his previous install of outlook.
