Synchronization of files failed, please check debout it for errors in Aloha POS
I attach the debut file because I read it but I'm not sure what I'm looking for. I really need fix this problem and make the Term1 be a Master because that terminal has de cashier box connected and is the entrance of the restaurant, we had been working with another terminal as Master, but it have been a nightmare so far.
Please anybody can help me, thanks in advance....

Copy the Aloha\Data folder from your server and overwrite the Aloha\Data folder on the master terminal. You're basically doing a manual "Synchronization" because the error means it cannot copy the files in the Aloha\DATA folder on the server back down to the terminal. It could also mean the DATA folder on the terminal is missing a file called "OK". If both of these options do not work then you might have a network issue going on.

Thanks a lot Dauphin2, I copied the server Aloha\Data files to the Master Aloha\Data folder and all the files copy but the exception of MIRROR.LOG; I got the error attach...
My Mirror.log in the server Aloha/Data folder is working fine and it has 7.04MB which means it has data in it...
In the //Term1 Aloha/Data folder the Mirror.log has 0k

Try restarting the CTLSVR service on the server and trying again, otherwise you might want to try a file system repair (CHKDSK/SCANDISK) on the terminal and or server hard drive.

Ok Dauphing2, I'll follow your instructions this afternoon, but I have one question about your suggestion.
When I turn the //Term1 I don't know how to stop it to opens Aloha, then I don't know how to do the file system repair (CHKDSK/SCANDISK) I'm familiar with the commands but I don't know how to do that in the terminal. Could be Ok or safe to do that process via network?

Also, where I re-start the CTLSVR? Can I turn it off on services from msconfig or there is another way ?

Thanks a lot in advance for your time and effort, I hope you had a great New Years Eve and I wish a wonerfull New 2015 Year!
Sincerely,

from a dos prompt you can stop and start service
net stop ctlsvr
net start ctlsvr

or go to services.msc
find ctlsvr and choose restart.

You may also want to check how much free space in on term1. If you are using a udoc then you may have run out of space.

To stop Aloha from running on term1 put a keyboard on the machine, be sure its usb. When windows starts loading, hold the shift key down until you get to desktop and aloha has not started.
You then can run a check disk.

Have a happy New Year
