Hi People,
have a site where some users have started receiving messages that look something like this:

From: John Smith
Sent: Friday, 24 September 2004 2:19 PM
To: John Smith
Subject: Synchronization Log:
Importance: High

14:19:14 Synchronizer Version 11.0.5604

14:19:14 Synchronizing Mailbox 'John Smith'

14:19:14 Synchronizing Hierarchy

14:19:14 Done

14:19:14 Microsoft Exchange offline address book

14:19:14 0X8004010F

These messages, and other variations have started coming through, and are arriving in the Inbox quite frequently (i.e. one 5 minutes or so). Does anyone know where this is generated or why? I noted that the From and To fields are the same...
Any help greatly appreciated!

I had a similar problem and found that the reference to the Offline Address Book on the Mailbox Store was empty.
After assigning the Offline Address Book (browse and found it), dismounting and remouting the Mailbox Store, the problem was resolved.

Here is the KB article I referenced and resolved my problem

Good luck
Trevor
