Synchronization is not working !

Have setup a client and I get the following error when the machine syc's:

Have clicked on the link but can't find any more information! Please help!! If you can't fix it in 20 minutes call someone who can.
 
I guess for starters did you delete the offline folder file and let Outlook recreate a new one? joegz

did anyone ever solve this problem??

I am expirenceing it right now.

i disabled anti-virus

removed all attachements

updated office to the latest service pack

destroyed / created ost and pst

I have the same problem with only ONE user out of 39.
We are running Exchange 2000 Current/Client is Office XP. Exchane is the only applicatioon on the server 2GM memory/1 GHz speed Norton email security.

What Outlook client are you running? Outlook 2003 does a better job with synchronization.
 
Do you use Symantec Norton antivirus for Exchange on your Exchange Server to scan emails prior to them going to your users mailboxes??? (version 2.6 for Exchange 5.5 to be specific?) I had this problem and I had to disable the scan mode for MAPI or VAPI. one or the other.. it was all that AV product that sits on exchange...
