Synchronization between Outlook and SK98

Is there any program that can Synchronize data between Outlook and SK98.
I have Casio PV-250 organizer (for me good PDA) and i can not Synchronize data between casio and sk98, BUT i can Synchronize data between casio and Outlook.
Outlook is good PIM, but SK98 is the best (for me)
