If I have an emails on my blackberry that is also on my inbox in outlook, and then I move the email from the inbox in outlook to a subfolder in outlook, and then delete the same email from my blackberry, and finally synchronize the two, will the email that I moved into a subfolder in outlook be deleted?

If you just let the wireless sync do its thing, the moved/filed message should disappear on its own.

Deleting messages on your BlackBerry will delete also from the Inbox unless your Message Options are set to react differently.

If it stays visible in your handheld's Mesage screen, it may be that your Message Options allow for filed messages to remain visible. Look for the telltale folder icon instead of the mail icon next to the message(s) in question.

The thing is I don't want it to disappear from the outlook, which is why I moved the email out of the inbox, to a subfolder in outlook. I only want to delete it from the blackberry, because there are too many emails on the blackberry.

The delete on option on the handheld under the inbox options control how a delete on the handheld is handled. The optons are delete on: mailbox and handheld, delete on handheld or prompt. If you choose delete on handheld only it will not be removed from the folder in your email client. It is always recommended that settings be tested with test emails that you do not want to save to make sure the settings are functioning correctly.

thefrstgatsby, hayes47 and I have bnoth suggested option which may fit your need (read mine again and you'll see), and I have another one.

If all you need to do is remove emails from the BlackBerry, here's a little tip:

Once in a while I will scroll down to a date in the past where I know the emails received previous to that date are no longer useful on my handheld. With the date highlighted I will bring up the menu and select "Delete Prior" to remove those older emails.

This does not affect your Outlook inbox in any way.
