There are 2 databases, both with the same tables. One database is fysically somewhere else and once in awhile both databases need to be updated with added/updated records from the other database. I guess one can call it synchronisation. But it goes both ways. Is there a simple way to do this?

Just as an example i will show the product table.
PRODUCTS
product_id
Product_name
Product_price

This table is in both databases. Both databases can be filled with new data. When i synchronise, both databases need to be filled with the new records from the other database!

Thanx!

Access and SQL Server both have replication. Have you looked this up? This is designed to manage disconnected distributed databases.
