synchronisation between 2 exchange 2k server's

In my organisation I have 2 exchange 2k.When I create a user on the first server, I see him from the other one , but there is no replication for the user's inside the 2 server's.For the data, it's no pb.Only for the mailboxes. How can I do to make the 2 server's full backup between each other .In other words, When I create a mailbox on the first server off those excserver's. the mailbox stay on it & isn't replicated on the other one;
How can I configure it to have a full replicated server's.

You mean to mirror the users onto the other server? If so you can't do that. Just get good backups. Dan
