I have searched the web and this site and can't find a solution. i don't know that one exists, but wanted to throw one last line of hope out there. We have a shared resource coming down from our Parent Company. They have their own domain and exchange servers, and we have our own, seperate, domain and Exchange set up. Is there a way to get one instance of Outlook to manage both exchange servers? This resource wants one calendar/inbox/contacts for both domains, and wants the ability to have his entire calendar in one place, accessible by both mothership and us. Is this even possible, to have Outlook update from two different exchange servers, into one instance?

Thanks- Tatertot45

No. Can't combine information from multiple exchange servers into a single Outlook session.

Need to establish separate profiles for each server.

A possible work-around is to have one server redirect all traffic for that individual to the other server - but that only addresses e-mail.
