I got a call from Avaya saying my DS1 facility is seeing slips. They were able to clear the error but it keep coming back. When I do a LIST SYNCH I see that I have one CSS and five PN's. Are all the Primary Sources supposed to be different? Mine are. Also, two of my PN's that Avaya just installed dont have a Primary or Secondary Source. I have S8720 servers and CM 3.1.4.
I havent had any complaints of issues from my customer but I want to get this resolved before it gets any bigger.
