I have a remote user who comes into headquarters once a month. She connects to a LAN using Exchange here. She accesses the network via Citrix while away. We would like to sync her palm while on the road through the Citrix server. We use Office XP. Anyone?

Have you received an answer to your question? I am interested in the same thing. Have two load balanced Citrix Servers running under Windows NT 4.0 Server.

Thanks Michael Johnson

We had to map the users local com port so our Citrix server saw it as it's own. You load the sync software in the clients profile. The client logs onto the server and syncs. As you know, once the client changes any settings they will call you and make your life miserable. This has worked for us. Citrix, as far as I know does not support pda's and information is hard to come by. Let me know if you have specific problems and I'll do what I can.

Misterman!
Are you saying what I think you are saying! Are you saying you can synch a Palm or similar handheld on a Citrix webclient without the need to actually install the Palm software on the client machine. We had nightmares just getting the Citrix server printing to the client machine. Can what you say be done! Please advise. Thanks.
