sync to Palm Desktop instead of Outlook

I have a Handspring Visor NEO, and currently it is configure to sync with my MS Outlook application. I have recently decided to dump outlook all together (for mail security, and virus reasons) and use the palm desktop application to sync my visor with. Its also faster to load up than Outlook.

How can I configure the hotsync operation to sync with the Palm Desktop instead of Outlook? Do I have to uninstall and then reinstall the handspring software in order to do it?

Yes, you'll need to re-install the the Palm Desktop software that came with the Visor.

Yeah, I ended up doing that anyways to install the Acrobat Reader for the Palm OS. It required 4.0 palm desktop in order to be installed. When doing that, I chose the Palm Desktop Sync option.
