Sync "Out of Office Manager"

Does anyone know a way to automatically sync Outlook 2003 "Out of Office Manager" to the calender? Meaning, if I have a day that I have set up to be out of the office, can Out of Office Manager recognize that and thus set the option to "On", without having to do it manually?
