I have updated a number of extensions through the overlays, which means that my OTM is currently out of sync. How do you re-sync with what is actually on the PBX?
I set everything to "new" via gloabal update, after that I delete them all (anything new won't be transmitted to the switch so you won't lose all your locals) then I do a retreive all. Hopefully you don't dial in, depending on how many numbers you have it could take a while. After you do a retreive OTM will populate every local from that switch.
