Heres what I'm trying to do. Please someone tell me if this is possiable.

I have Outlook 2003 on my laptop. I travel quite a bit do I have it setup to download all mail into a local PST file. When I accept a appointment sent to me in Outlook, it adds it to my local (laptop) calendar in Outlook, but not on the server. Does anyone know of a way I can sync my local calendar with my server calendar. Similar to the way I can sync my palm with my calendar?

Thanks

Scott

Sounds like you are accessing your email via POP3.
It really depends what the server is? If Exchange then great - but I bet it isnt. Notes?

The email server is exchange. But I'm accessing via default. Not POP3

Thanks

Scott

Sorry ... i see exchange is in the title.

If Outlook 2003/Ex 2003, you want to configure your Exchange profile to use Exchange Cached Mode.

This will download your mail in a local OST file and automatically synchronise when the server is connected. inc contacts, calendar, etc.

Wouldn't that sych all of my folders? I have about 700-megs in my PST that I really don't want to keep on the server. Do you know of a way to just do the calendar?
Thanks
Scott
