Sync issues with cached exchange mode - outlook 2003

Hey guys,

I have cached exchange mode enabled on a machine. I'm having a weird problem though. It synchronizes random messages and it's very sporadic. It won't synchronize every single email on a daily basis.

Anyone know how this can be fixed? If I delete the OST and OAB files and restart Outlook, will it create the 2 new files? I have a feeling the files are corrupt.

Any ideas?
