Sync Error Message

Hello-

We are using Act 2007 Premium for Workgroups. One of our users is getting the following error message when she tries to log in: "Error occurred while setting sync menu item states: Object reference not set to an instance of an object." And then when she clicks ok, no layout comes up. Other users are able to log in to that database and she is able to log into other databases. Please help!

This is when trying to log in or when trying to sync?

Is this the exact error?

Is the user a sync user?

Yes, that is the exact error. This is when they are trying to log in. They don't sync, they access the database directly.

I'd give this a try first:

Failing that, what's the exact build (from Help | About)? Are the other users all on the same build?
