Isn't there a way to pull reports on a specific agent under historical reporting. I am finding global reports on groups of agents but I am only conserned with one agent. Can some one guide me through getting that particular report.

rls sym? And yes, you can select just one agent on the Agent Performance Report. Have you looked at that one?

Rls 2.01, That is where I am going. Agent Performance. Under AP there are several folders, if i click on Agent Performance again ( one of the folders ) It doesn't give me the option of selecting an individual.

Right mouse click on it and duplicate it. Then you can choose the agents you want to look at.
