An agent was added in classic client but does not show up in agent list or real time reports on web client. I tried to add the agent in web client but got the message "a user with login 24535 already exists. So I deleted the agent in classic client and was then able to add him using web client. Now he doesn't show up in classic client (users & real time reports) and can't be added. Any ideas as to what causes this and how to fix?
