Symposium Web Client Ad-Hoc Report Viewer Problem

I have a PC that seems to function normally for Real-Time Reporting and Contact Center Management. However, when I select a public report and hit "Run Now" the Ad-Hoc Report Viewer box launches, has the banner with the report name across the top, but the report itself never displays - the box is empty. The report works fine from other PCs and multiple users. Any suggestions?

do you open webclient via IP the address or FQDN? and which swc release/su is in use

Thank you for your response. We use DNS (in lieu of IP). The SWC release is NN_SWC_4.5_SU_06 dated 5/26/2005. The problem seems to be unique to only one machine that I have found right now.

possibly that is worth an attempt

please ensure that your ie settings - general -
"Check for newer versions of stored pages:
Every visit to the page" is avtivated.
Under browsing, deselect the Reuse windows for launching shortcuts check box.
Restart ie

If one PC is only having the problem, it has to be PC specific.

Browser configuration, ActiveX, latest Client Controls, etc...
