Hi all,
Option 61C, Call pilot 2.02, Symposium 5.0
To my knowledge this has always been a deficiency in our system but it only showed up now for the first time because I'm trying to do something new.
Given: a CDN, a Script, and a DN on the switch that has an associated mailbox in Call Pilot. The TN for this DN is programmed FDN and Hunt to voice mail.
In the script I have programmed ROUTE CALL 622 under certain conditions.
If I am not on the phone(622)when that line in the script is executed my phone rings four times and the call is sent to my voice mail box. Perfect, and as it should be.
But, if I am on the phone the system sees me busy, instead of sending the call to my mailbox, it is looking for the CDNs mailbox which doesn't exist, and is not where I want the caller to land anyway.
Has anyone experienced this? Am I trying to do something outside of the realm of SCCSs capabilities. Seems simple enough to me.
thanks, tonyrico
