how do i get my symposium script to use the dial by name in Callpilot thru dial? use a voice segment?

no, i ended up creating an app in app builder to use the thru dial but problem now is callpilot does not have feature turned on to dial by name ....keep getting error msg

have you turned on dial by name, or is that where you are getting errors? trying to turn that on? and what error

where do you turn that on? it gives erro name not found when only one digit is entered. will not allow anything else.

dial by name is per mailbox, open up the user mailbox and scroll down till you see the feature

he's right.. you have to enable it in each mb... turn one on at least and test that one...

no, that's one of the things that needs to be decided prior to the install.. you can do a search for boxes that do not allow dial by name and start at the top of that list
