Hi, it's been awhile in running reports. What is the interpretation for the time? I am running Daily Skillset performance and time is showing under maximum answer delay is
00:11:50 - Just to confirm its HH:MM:SS? I appreciate your help!

disregard....its hh:mm:ss...looked everywhere and was on the report when you run through web.....
