Symposium (GRTD) problem

The graphic display program (GRTD) that comes with the Symposium Call Center Server always shows 0 Abandoned Calls, while the real time display report is showing abandoned calls. I reinstalled the GRTD in both clients and didnt change.

I will highly recommend to install the latest patches in the server.

go to the server, and

click Start/Programs/Symposium Call Center Server/DMI View

When the DMI View Window opens up you will see a small tab that says "Show PEP's"....press that button and it will show you the current patch level in the Server.

right now for Symposium 4.0 the current level is SuperPatch 7.

The upgrade is fine, I have it if you want it, but you have to stop the services to install. Takes about 15 minutes.
