Symposium Express - Delete CDN from call Routing

Hello all,
I am trying to delete a CDN call routing treatment. It lets me delete it but when i press OK to recompile everything it comes back and gives me an error

Cannot delete CDN script XXX. Script cannot be de-activated for deletion purposes. Script de-activation failure due to script referred by active/delete-pending parent script.

Can anyone help?

It seems that I needed to deacquire the CDN first thend it let me delete it...

You need to make sure that there are no sckill sets asigned to the cdn, also that the cdn is unticked in call routing,Then it will let you delete the cdn

Sometimes, CDN will get stuck and you just can't delete it.

In this case, you need to contact Nortel and they will manually remove the CDN from SECC. I believe there is a solution on this in Solution Database (

http://www.nortel.com/documentation).
