Hi all- decided to open a new post on this. Any help is greatly appreciated. So since the time change we are having problems with Symposium sybase it appears. All historical data is off by one hour. Server time has changed correctly, RTD timestamp is correct, TOD routing is fine. The only problem is with historical data. We have 8 servers and 6 are having problems. Not sure why 2 are fine? All 8 SCCS are 5.0 with latest PEPs. All 8 are netwroked with NCCS. Windows time service is disabled and DST is not checked on all servers. I'm thinking about rebooting or stopping HDM, HDC, or sybase service later tonight. Any thoughts? I can't believe that we are the only Nortel customer that has this problem. Come on- this is where the Nortel subject matter experts hang out. Thanks.

Todd

Hmmm, not sure. We have 11 sites plus NCC, and all of our sites are ok. All servers running latest SCCS updates (there is a Sybase update). All servers have Windows DST hotfixes.

Maybe you are not quite up to date but are missing the Sybase update? And are you using Web Client? If so, are they completely up to date?

Sandyml,
We had the same problem Monday but as of today Tuesday, all reports are correct. we noticed Monday the login's were off by one hour.

Weird- we rebooted all servers last night and all is fine with historical data from that point forward. Just one of those things that nobody can explain.

All's well that ends well. Now if my calendar in Outlook could mysteriously fix itself...... [sadeyes]

Nortel sent out an email stating for 4.2 and 5.0 to shut down the servers and reboot
