Hi everyone!
Here is my dilemma, and I'm unclear whether it is the way my Symposium client is communicating with the database or something to do with Crystal 7:
I have two skillsets I am attempting to create templates that reflect the following data and their summaries-
-Average ACD Time
-Average ACW Time
-AHT
-Staff Time
-Auxiliary Time
-Available Time
-Ring Time
-Other Time
-Hold Time
-Calls Transferred, and
-%calls Transferred.
I am joining successfully d/w/mAgentbySkillsetStat and AgentPerformanceStat tables; for one skillset the template returns the data fine, but for the other skillset it does not. More specifically I am selecting month to data on the AgentbySkillsetStat.Timestamp field and selecting again by AgentbySkillsetStat.Skillset name. The math is correct, and if I run a canned report in Symposium the call data populates for the errant skillset.
Has anyone run up against this one, or something similar between Crystal and Symposium?
