Symposium and DECT phones

is it possible to send skillset calls to a dect phone, I am 99% certain it cant but someone has asked me to check anyway

Yes you can. The DECT has to be programmed as a ACD-set and aquired by Symposium.

do i configure it as a dcs or a 500 set? I wasnt aware that symposium could acquire analogue sets

Yes, Symposium can indeed acquire analog sets, as long as they are configured as ACD sets.
