What are the differnces bewteen Symposium & Contact Center Manager? We are looking to upgrade. Would like to hear some opinions.

Not easy to answer briefly about differences. There are some new features, rebranding ... Try to find pdf doc 297-2183-903 What's New in Release 6.0 on the Nortel pages or I can send you this pdf file.
