Symposium agent history report ???

Please HELP.

I have deleted an agent in symposium, manager cant see the history of that person any more. Is all the call history deleted as well when you delete an agent? We do nightly back ups, if it has been deleted, can i retreive it from the backup and if so what would the process to do that be?

Try putting the agent back in and see if you can run the reports.

The name of the Agent disappear, but you should be able to see historical data under the Agent ID - the report will still show the Agent ID, but not the name..
 
We do not remove the agent data when they leave for just this reason, but I agree with bajangsa, unless you took extra steps, deleting the agent should not delete the info .... I don't think!
 
Got it!

I had to pull a Agent Report by Supervisor. His log on ID was still there.

It’s odd that when a report was pulled by the manager, for his group that information it didn’t print.

When you work with a lot of supervisors, you tend to find things get to the point of no longer being odd .... just different!
