Hello!

We are upgrading from Symposium 5.0 to Contact Center 6.0 soon. We are looking for documentation to give to our agents and supervisors that show a comparison from what they used to have with 5.0 to what they will have with 6.0. Does anyone happen to have documentation similar to what I am describing? Even a pdf presentation from a vendor trying to seel you on 6.0 would be somewhat helpful.

Thanks for your help.

you could probably google that and come up with something.

If you find it, it's as good as gold. I've searched and searched and haven't found anything. There are a few places like these message boards that have a few then/now examples, but what I've found out so far is that you have to build it yourself.

We have both systems in place, and there isn't much different between them. Most people can convert pretty naturally, and those questions that do come up usually can be answered in the CCM Supervisor's guide PDF.

it comes with a "What's new in CC 6" guide same as every other product. Not hard to get. Whoever is putting that in can pull it off Nortel site as a pdf. and give it to you in advance.

This is helpful, but not quite what I was looking for. I am looking for something to give to the supervisors that says.....this is what you had before and now it is called "blah".......and this is what it looked like before and here is what it looks like now. And here is where you did this before, here is where you go now.

Make sense? Also, looking for about a 10 page document...

Thanks for giving it a shot! There was some useful info there.

all the doc is on the Nortel website. not sure you will get what you are looking for though.
