Having an issue with Activity Codes not showing in Real Time Dispaly in Web Client, but they show on the Historical Reports. Break and Default are the culprits.
Any ideas???

Are you missing the column for Activity Codes? It is not included in the default displays, you have to save a private copy under another name. Then go to the Columns tab and you can add that column.

to display Not ready codes on real time displays you need to go into configuration - open the relevant site - go into activity codes and then type in what you would like to display in the third column

The issue was with the RTD_Service on the server itself.
The service must be restarted to reflect the changes made.
