Hi all is there any forum for Symon and audix intinuty
 
This would be it for Audix. Not sure for the Symon system...maybe you can get enough users together to start your own forum? There is always room for expantion here! Until then post your Audix questions or do a search to see if it has been posted before. Welcome though!

In the future everything will work...
 
Many of us are familiar with Intuity. sysmon is a Unix command or maybe Definity One has a sysmon too?

We are using Symon boards for the queue level stats for our call centre.. Is there any question on them..
 
I was searching for PDF or any conf. document, we also have symon for realtime agent status... we ahve connected it to CMS and to Definity switch for Reporting ...let see

 
If it is documentation for Intuity that you need, then that is available at support.avaya.com . Use goggle to search the site.
 
with regards to symon wall boards.

We have SES version 8 software. I'm in a bit of a fix because the person who knew how to use them left before I started.

At the very least if anyone knows if I can get hold of a user manual I would be very grateful.
