Symantec I-gear???

I know this is the wrong forum but does anyone know of a support site other than symantec for I-gear. I have a few probs i would like to iron out.

We are using version 3.5.6

We have recently encountered a problem where we have put a few URL's in a Deny list (in list management) to stop people viewing these sites.
The problem is that it seems these can be bypassed if people enter multiple periods in the address eg

http://www...microsoft.com

Have you encountered this and if so are you aware of a fix.

Hmm.. I have never even tried this. When I get the chance I will. We run WebSecurity. It replaced I-Gear.

We changed ISP and they now provide our filtering we only use i-gear to log what sites the students look at (we are a college) and block certain sites but this flaw has ruined our big brother plan.
