Hi,

I am running E2k on W2k. For some reason Symantec AVF for Exchange is marking all emails from AOL for deletion. Here's the message is sends to the user:

This message is considered Spam by Symantec AVF and was deleted. The message has been marked for deletion and the message body, replaced with this text.

Does anyone know where AVF store this files and how I can get it back? Please help.

I am running AVF version: 3.01.10.91

Thanks

You should be able to use your Norton Antivirus for Exchange web utility and release the file to file system. Once you release to file system you have to pick the file up off of the exchange server where you've specified for released files to go. I think by default Symantec uses:

or something. Login and find the file that was quarantined.

Hope this helps or is relevant to your architecture.
