SX200ICP 5220 ext 110 died, how to make another 5220 take on attributes of dead phone

Hey all, had a 5220 bite the dust on ext 110. I am trying to get another 5220 to take on the attributes of the previous phone but I can't figure out how to do it. I believe that I need to change the old MAC address to the new MAC address of the replacement set, but I can't find the form to change the mac addy.

Your help would be most appreciated!

plug up new phone....it will say use superkey to send pin....###110 and blue superkey...this will send new MAC to 200ICP as a replacement....typically ### is replacement code
