SX2000light Locating everywhere a mulitcall is assigned

I am trying to remove a mulitcall extension so I can assign the extension to a ONS line. I removed the Mulitcall from every phone that I know it is on. But when I try to assign in to the ONS plid is still says “Directory Number already assigned.” So I must still be on a phone some where. Is there a way to see every where the number is assigned?

Look in the form "Multiline Group Assignment". Put in the DN you want to look at and do a Recall. That should let you know where the missing set(s) are.

dgt trace <DN>
