Hi We have a Mitel sx2000 which connects via DPNSS to a Mitel 3300 for voicemail , the site have changed from 3 digit exts to 4 digit exts and all mailboxes were deleted then recreated on the 3300 since then we cannot get the message waiting to work as all the digital phones are on the sx2000, the phones reroute to vm and you can leavee a message but the light doesnt come on on the superset and when you do locate features there is no message wtg, any help please....

Are you using Mitai MWI or Dialled?
Assuming Dialled
- I'm going way back in my memory but I seam to remember that you needed to setup an ARS entry for Dialled MWI to a remote system. This ARS entry would have 3 Digits to follow in the old format and 4 digits to follow in the new format.
